Abstract
It is widely accepted that the most valuable asset an organization has, is its people.
People create the mission, define the strategy and execute the tactics.
Business agility, in essence, is the measure of the flow of value that its people create.
People agility is the potential for organizations to utilize the diverse skills and talents of
the human beings in its workforce to achieve success.
However, people agility fails when people can’t find and connect with the right people at
the right time. Whether it's completing daily tasks, complex projects, or designing and
executing on grand organizational initiatives.
WhoZoo, through the use of novel machine-learning and NLP techniques, has
developed a self-learning map to the people in dynamic organizations.
