ICT refers to using technology tools like computers and the internet to deliver educational content to students instead of traditional face-to-face teaching. Teachers and students can use ICT to deliver and research lessons in the classroom. ICT is used by teachers, students, parents, and administrators. When used effectively, ICT can develop positive attitudes towards learning, increase students' skills, support workforce skills, and make learning more interactive by allowing students to learn through doing, conversing, reflecting, and constructing their own understanding. However, ICT also faces potential problems like distracting some students, being expensive to maintain, creating inconsistencies if not all teachers are comfortable with technology, and lacking proper teacher training.
