• Do Keyword Research
• Start an optimized website/blog
• Create optimized accounts with social networking sites such as Facebook,
           LinkedIn, Tweeter
• Create optimized accounts with and upload media to communities such
           as Flickr and Youtube.
• Assign/ Train writers and community managers
• Integrate accounts using tools such as Hootsuite.
• Set-up list building program ( Landing Page with Data Capture)
• Establish baseline data. Set-up analytics/metrics tools

• Evaluate which tools are yielding results using analytics
• Push Link-Building Efforts
• Add an additional tools for engagement
• Identify most loyal followers/fans and depending on resources, heighten
          engagement. Add more tools.
• Monetize

FINE- TUNING THE PLAN

• Plan to integrate each tool with the rest of the tools in your program
• Plan how to measure the tool's success within your chosen analytics/metrics tool.
• Research effective tactics and strategies for each tool, and investigate how your
           competitors are effectively using them.
• Continuously review performance of community leaders and conversations.
