- 6. Step 1: Seat willing person across from you at a table or just in the middle of a room. Step 2: Start off with a question, like “How are you?”- That’s called breaking the ice. Step 3: Ask questions that are related to the topic, do not get distracted. Step 4: Begin a serious topic without laughing, or they may not take you seriously.
- 7. Step 5: Make sure you make eye contact, do not stare at your notepad. Also speak clear and precise, do not forget to annunciate. Step 6: When concluding your successful interview do not forget to explain to them your appreciation for their time and answers to your questions.
