- 2. He is Mr. Ashwin Patel. He is an Veterinary doctor and a contributor for me. Introduction of my contributor :
- 3. Who is contributor…??? A person who shows concern for others and s/he should have his/her own identity. A person who is always ready to contribute for others welfare can also be a contributor.
- 4. According to me, Mr. Ashwin is a contributor or has all the qualities which a contributor should have….
- 5. Work as challenge: He takes his work as challenge as well as he is committed to his work. When he faces any problem in his work he tries to solve it patiently by taking it as a challenge. Any hurdle, he faces in his task he solves it by thinking it as a new learning experience.
- 6. Job satisfaction : He thinks that a person should be satisfied internally . If a person will have internal satisfaction s/he will definitely be satisfied externally by achieving external rewards .
- 7. Reward or opportunity: He thinks that a person should never neglect any opportunity s/he gets. Instead of neglecting it one should take it as a chance of getting a new experience as well as a way to get reward.
- 8. Interaction with juniors & seniors.: He believes that juniors should be handled calmly and also by listening even their point of view Seniors should be first impressed and then we should try to communicate with them, according to him.
- 9. Short term & long term vision: His short term vision is to achieve his goal and to develop strength even in all his family members of achieving their goals. His long term vision is to achieve peace & prosperity in society.
- 10. Message to youths… Now a days youths try to apply shortcuts to achieve their goals easily but no target can be achieved by shortcuts instead of that more problems are created.
- 11. Conclusion : According to me he is a contributor but as no one can be a perfect contributor so he is on the way of being a contributor.
