•Can choose up to five universities/courses
•Be 100% sure of your choices

number and login password – make a

 Complete all sections
 Make your payment - £23
 Click on send – goes to school not UCAS
 Tutor and Head of Sixth form checks form
 Tutor adds reference
 School sends form to UCAS
 UCAS distributes the applications to the 5
universities chosen
 I have booked IT1 and IT2 for tutorial tomorrow
(Weds 25 June).
