To invite someone to join your NHS network, log into www.networks.nhs.uk and go to your network page. From there, select the "Network admin tools" option and choose "Invite someone to join this network". Enter the invitee's email address and an optional message, then send the invitation. However, this only works if your network is open to all or visible to non-members, as private networks cannot be joined without approval from the network administrator.

- 2. To start • Go to www.networks.nhs.uk • Log in • Click on Your menu, click on Your networks • Click on the name of your network
- 3. • You can only use Invite someone to join this network if your network is open to all or your network homepage is visible to all. • If you have a private/closed network, you can’t use this method because your network will not be visible for users to join. (If they try to join, they will receive an insufficient privileges message.)
- 4. • Go to the Toolbox and select Network admin tools • Select Invite someone to join this network • Enter email address of invitee • Add a message • Click Send invitation
