Initially, IoT applications were limited for operational activities on shop floor and data was not leveraged for enterprise use. • #7: Explain Three key building blocks of IOT Applications – Highlight this as key unique differentiator. We provide set of IoT Applications which are re-usable & modular for specific outcomes that customers by Industry want to drive. Most important point is these IoT applications are standardized working with many initial early adopter customers. Key competitive advantage is to provide Time to Value by as much as 4-10x. Although you may have heard initial projects taking 12+months as custom development, with new applications standardized it helps reduce that deployment cycles significantly. Competitively this is a big advantage against likes of MSFT, IBM, PTC, Amazon and etc. where customers are lured with low cost platform but incur heavy cost and time (upto 12-18months). Other example if Vehicle Insights which is leveraged by customers such as Sensify, Amag and etc.
