ISO Certification • ISO develops International Standards but are not involved in their certification • An ISO Certification comes from a third-party and requires re- certification every three years • ISO Certified programs validate to all interested parties that a company has standardized management systems, processes, services, and/or documented procedures in place to achieve their corporate objectives 7
