- #23: However, we want to introduce another Cloud offering and which is Ivanti Cloud. It is a product that is mutually exclusive from the other Cloud offerings and that is what we are here to talk about today
- #24: Let's take a closer look now at what those tools are and what they can do for our customers: Connectors and cloud agents bring Ivanti and third-party data into Ivanti Cloud. Third-party connectors can pull in data from SCCM, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Workday, SAP, CDW, LDAP, and others. We correlate and use that data to analyze endpoints in ways IT never could before. From a single console, Ivanti Cloud delivers instant insights into systems that require attention or security remediation. IT staff can also type in their own questions for real-time data on operational issues, disabled Windows firewalls, encryption that isn’t turned on, and more. Expert advice from Ivanti Cloud's Smart Advisors component minimizes risks, cuts costs, and improves availability and performance. For example, customers can easily see which machines in their environment should be replaced or simply reimaged. Ivanti Cloud can also provide a heads up on patches that could break the IT environment, doing more harm than good. And, finally? IT can take action automatically: Turn on encryption, enable a firewall, kill a process, generate a ticket, even discover devices the company's purchased but isn't managing and bring them into the fold to minimize risk. In seconds, customers can enable an out-of-the-box action or customize an automation workflow using PowerShell. It just works. We're adding new capabilities all the time, so it's only going to get better from here.

We have our product pillars: Endpoint Management Endpoint Security Service Management Asset Management Identity And we also promote Unified IT solutions that span multiple products to solve specific use cases – like Windows 10 migration and maintenance and onboarding and offboarding The lines on this slide point to the ability of Ivanti Cloud to add capabilities and value to each of these areas and to our products as well as the bi-directional flow of data. Of course, as soon as most people see these product categories, they start identifying Ivanti products in each. But what if you put SCCM in the Endpoint Management category or ServiceNow in the Service Management category. Ivanti Cloud can help those customers with a mixed vendor environment. And that’s where it can help us win in more customer scenarios.
