This presentation discusses how modern technology affects managerial communication in Bangladesh and how far the country has adopted these technologies. It provides examples of how the banking, RMG, and other sectors in Bangladesh use technologies like core banking, internet banking, mobile banking, Skype, and video conferencing. Statistics show internet usage in Bangladesh growing from 0.14 users per 100 inhabitants in 2002 to 3.7 in 2010. The main communication mediums used are email, texting, instant messaging, social networking, and video conferencing. It recommends reducing internet costs and creating a technology-based business environment, and concludes modern communication technology is essential for business in today's world.
