Must have experience in Pre‐engineered building erection. To initiate the RFI’s for Client’s witness of inspection points as per ITPs. To be more proactive to construction crew for advising to correct the activities this could lead to non‐conformance. Be vigilant for upcoming scheduled activities in advance to coordinate with 3rd parties in advance for the activities require testing e.g. FDT, Concreting etc. To coordinate with surveyor to finalize the bench mark survey setting out prior to start of construction. QA/QC- MEP Engineer ( October 2015 to February 2016) Client: Dubai Parks & Resorts Project: Raj Mahal Bollywood Theater, Company: Emirates Technical and Thermal System To perform specialist QAQC techniques on critical structures and processes. To report deviations from approved plans and specifications To coordinate inspections with Consultant / Client and to communicate with production team To review all materials received on the site, inspecting them, ensuring they are as per approval. To conduct testing within the required specification and to monitor frequency of testing. To attend and participating in QAQC meetings. To work with the Lab Coordinator to conduct tests as per the project specification. To proactively supervise the closure of NCR’s, suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.
