Jeff is a driven manager and an inventive leader. He single-handedly created and developed the national sales teamat Innovative Systems. And, because this was a start-up company, there was little framework to guide us; Jeff utilized his knack for thinking independently and confidently, to create the sales tools and processes that are still utilized there today. Jeff is passionate about his work, and compassionate with those he works with. I had not only the good fortune to work with him 14 years ago….but to have stayed in contact, as our paths have gone in different directions.
