But good to stipulate who does what, when, how, and IPR post-project Budget template: new template Consortium agreement: IPR issues: -the ownership of any IPR created during the course of your project (Foreground IPR); -permissions that the partners have been granted each other to reuse pre-existing IPR (Background IPR); -roles and responsibilities in clearing Third Party IPR -Access to project outputs conform to JISC Model Licence (use and re-use in education, non-commercial)
