Distribution of work to freelancer and monitoring their work Co-ordination with quality department and sales department PROJECT FABRICATION AND ANALYZING THE MECHANICAL BEHAVIOUR OF BAMBOO & BANANA HYBRID FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER MATRIX COMPOSITES The project presented the development of composites for ecological purposes using bamboo & banana fibers. The steam boiling technique was applied to extract bamboo fibers from raw bamboo sheath. The experimental results showed that the bamboo fibers had a sufficient specific strength.
