 Anil Patel is a chief executive of Bharat Sanchar Nigam 
Limited(BSNL). 
 He is my Trainee Teacher. 
 He has 8 years experience of service in BSNL. 
 He is well natured and has positive attitude in any 
situation. 
 I am also inspired from his life style and I become 
Enthusiastic. 
 He has very positive thought as every thing is possible. 
 “WORK IS WORSHIP” is his motto.
1) Sir, what is your objective for the students ? 
Ans: Yes, first of all as a student they never think 
that I can’t do it. He can do any work as he 
want. 
To make India Superior. 
2)According to you, what are the qualities to 
become a successful employ….? 
Ans: The employer is one who have qualities like 
Hard 
working person, energetic and punctual.
3) Sir… sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your 
juniors are not working according to your expectations. How 
do you make them work? 
Ans: I do my best that they understand my point of view and 
work efficiently. 
4) Sir… sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your 
seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your 
expectations. How do you make them convince…? 
Ans: First of all, I work as their point of view and then I will try to 
convince them for my point of view.
5) What is your message or an advice for the 
future engineer or any suggestion for youth? 
Ans: Implement your Innovative ideas and do 
your best……… 
6)Do you believe in reward or opportunity? 
Ans: Student satisfaction and success is biggest 
reward for me.
