• #2: Today, I’d like to introduce you to a product that no MFP should be purchased without. The product is called eCopy. It’s developed by a company called Nuance. eCopy is the leading document capture solution for MFPs. Purchasing or leasing MFPs today is not the same decision today as it was in the past. I know…the wheels on the MFP gave you that impression. Seriously though, at first glance these devices are very different. Their form factors are at polar ends of the spectrum – one weighs about 5 ounces while the other can weigh as much as 500 pounds. They’re also used for completely different purposes. Yet they have more in common than you think. The answer? Both have been transformed by the same technological innovations, which have completely redefined the user experience, how these devices are used and ultimately the value users derive from them.
