Introduction
We were given a situation with a client Mr.Oneway he needed us to upgrade his home
computer with windows7 more RAM and a Wireless card allowing Mr.Oneway to
connect to his current broadband we were given the criteria we would have to meet to
complete this task and got to work. This is a document I have put together showing
what I have done to meet this criteria there are seven parts of the criteria we needed to
complete for our grade. we needed to then put all of our work into a single document
it needed to be neat and have a constant business feel to the file so this is what this
word document is for enjoy.

Description of activity undertaken
We were given information about the installation that Mr.Oneway was wanting to
receive for is home computer. We went through the basics to completing this
installation for him. At first, we checked there was not any safety hazards anywhere
around such as, faulty wiring, things likely to drop on you, etc. Then, we set the
computer up on the antistatic mat which we were provided with. We turned the
computer on and checked the amount of RAM that was already in the computer to
see how much we would need to improve it in order to meet the specifications Mr.
Oneway required. Then we turned the computer off and put on an antistatic
wristband and started to unplug the cables from the back of the computer, starting
with the power cable and then we opened the computer up revealing the mother
board inside. We located where the RAM card slots were on the mother board and
installed a new RAM card. Then we
