Lainey's torture part 1
- 2. “Court is now in session!” came a shout. Cerridwen Goddess leant over to Aurora Simself , “So why are doing this again?” Aurora smirked “Miss Fairleigh and Mr Sharpe committed so many so many horrible crimes, Cerryit’s our duty to shall we say punish them accordingly, “ Cerry leant back and smirked “Whatever,”
- 3. “MOTHER!” shrieked Fae Aurora’s youngest twin daughter, turning to her twin sister Sofia, Sofia smiled before shrieking “The trial of Miss Lainey Jane Fairleigh is about to begin, would the judge and jury please be silent while the accused is seated!”
- 4. Silence fell as Lainey Fairleigh was seated in the accused box. The door was shut and locked behind her. Lainey jumped slightly at the loud BANG when the door slammed, she sat down on the chair provided and turned her head to look at the judge.
- 5. “Would you please confirm you are Miss Lainey Jane Fairleigh of the Light Place Apartments, Kimberton . Mother to Susannah May Fairleigh,” Aurora glared at Lainey who nodded “Your first crime is one of improper use of dark magic,”
- 6. It is decreed upon the birth of Rebecca Cassidy and Keira Onyx Heavenly. You did attempt to perform a spell to kill them. Would the prosecution please step forward to present their case?
- 7. Talaie stepped forward and smiled. “Miss Fairleigh we do know that you were once part of a group of witches as a young girl, the group named the thunder and lightening witches do not age so my first witness is the leader of the group Miss Aayla Cara Freeman,”
- 8. Aayla Freeman stood in the witness stand, “Miss Freeman could you please identify the accused for me?” asked Talaie. Aayla nodded “I haven’t see her since she was a girl and she hasn’t changed much, her name is Angel Dust Fairly a former member of ours,” Talaie’s eyes narrowed “So this woman is not Lainey Jane Fairleigh,” Aayla shrugged “I don’t know , that was the name she used while in the group when she was 6 before she left us,”
- 9. Talaie nodded, “Miss Freeman would you please describe Miss Fairleigh while she was in the group as a young girl for me,” Aayla smiled “Angel was a silent little girl about 20 or so years ago she was removed from our care, by a woman,”

Talaie frowned “Did this woman give her name?” “By leaving us you begin to age, this woman knew exactly what she was doing, she named herself as Ciara a sorceress,” Talaie nodded “Thank you Miss Freeman, you may leave the stand now, I will now present the court with a piece of evidence found at Miss Fairleigh’s apartment,”

Talaie handed a piece of paper to the jury who began to pass it around, “This to-do list says to prepare a spell named Dragonae Mort, that certain spell kills newborn babies, I asked Miss Freeman along with her two colleagues Miss Lisa Jones and Miss Katie Newman to inspect Miss Fairleigh’s magical equipment and tell me what spells had been performed recently and who they were aimed at, they discovered evidence of Dragonae Mort and the fact that it was aimed at Rebecca and Keira Heavenly, I now rest my case,”
- 12. “Thank you Talaie, I will now ask each member of the jury for their verdict before I decide the final verdict and Miss Fairleigh’s punishment, Clara your verdict please?”
- 13. Clara paused for a moment “Guilty,” she said gleefully “Stormy?” Aurora said turning to the purple haired girl sitting next to Clara “Guilty,” Stormy replied staring straight ahead.
- 16. Aurora nodded “I declare you, Lainey Jane Fairleigh guilty of the crime of improper use of dark magic, Your punishment will be...” the simself paused she turned and smiled at Clara “Clara dear? YOU can deal with Miss Fairleigh here,”
- 17. Lainey suddenly found herself in a white room wearing a black dress, “What?” she whispered but she looked up as a pair of glass doors were thrown open and Clara Romoni walked into the room.

Clara opened a spell book and begin to read out loud from it “because of your horrible crimes you must be punished,” Lainey froze as she realised what spell Clara was putting on her “Because of what you planned to do to those babies, I will punish you simply, MORTUS BAIBUS no more children will you ever have , you are now infertile MORTUS BAIBUS LAINEY JANE FAIRLEIGH!” Lainey screamed as everything went black and she fell unconscious.
- 19. Lainey awoke in the chair in the accused box, she wore her own clothes and then she remembered what Clara had done to her. She could never have children ever again, it was horrible torture. If that was the least of her crimes what other horrible things could they have lined up for her?TO BE CONTINUED....
