- 7. Click a photo to change it!
- 9. Click next Choose Palm Beach or Treasure Coast
- 10. Fill out information and click next
- 11. Select your MLS
- 16. Click Export
- 17. Select the data to be exported and pick Toolkit CMA Export
- 18. Open and Save as csv file
- 19. Choose a file to open
- 22. Select Fields and click save as default or just click next

- 28. Choose a flyer
- 35. Click Next
- 36. Proof and Edit contents Create headline Left click and drag
- 37. Go back to MLS to retrieve photos and save to computer, choose file and upload photos
- 39. Create Flyer
