DL must promote religious harmony & understanding among world’s major religious traditions • As a Tibetan, DL must act as a free spokesperson of the Tibetans in their struggle for justice DL: “Happiness is not something ready made. - 25. LOOK &LISTEN: All these great leaders have a vision, and the ability to manifest it. These all the leaders were defining their own vision and begins with looking & listing. I found 4 important steps, involved in this LOOK & LISTEN: • Body: the stage of observing and information gathering • Mind: the stage of analysis and judgement • Heart: the stage of feeling • Soul: the stage of incubation Once you satisfied that you have gone through all these stages your vision in any given moment will emerges.
- 26. KB: He is true visionary when he started selling readymade garments when nobody was preferred ready-to-wear shirts & trousers. Now, his vision is sharing Indian society & which is unchallenged APJ: He is the man whose efforts are largely responsible for shaping the defense program of India . He has always been known for his impeccable vision which can be seen in his breakthrough work “India 2020” Look & Listen SG: “ I have been inspired by the story of Bill Gate and wanted to offer employment to eligible unemployed youth all over the world. That was my ultimate notice when I started my company”. N.R NM: A leaders has to raise the confidence of followers. He should make them understand that tough times are a part of life and they will come out better at the end of it He Said: “Fire is the test of gold, Adversity of strong Men” LNM: For this, Mittal quoted a statement” This is not about creating a giant…its about creating the sustainability f the steel industry” and he made it by ArcelorMittal

NM: We can see from his working that, he liberated a country from a system of violet prejudice and helped unite white and black, oppressor and oppressed, in a way that had never been done before. Today, he is still leading the fight against apartheid with extraordinary resilience and vigor after spreading nearly 3 decades of his life behind bars. AL: His presidency is primarily marked by his illustrious success in defeating the secessionists, abolition of slavery and neutralizing a war like situation with UK. Look & Listen OR: He was one of the most famed as well as most controversial spiritual leaders of his time. He came to be known as “Archarya Rajneesh” and delivered lecture on socialism and Gandhi. Then went to Poona and started “Dynamic Meditation” and we called him the name of “OSHO” DL: His holiness the Dalai Lama continued to take initiatives and find a solution for Tibetan issues, in 1987, he proposed a Five Point Peace Plan. RS: He believe that leadership is to set example. A leader doesn’t just order things, he doesn’t it so that others can do it.
- 28. EMOTIONAL BONDING: Leaders bring out the best in others, but successful visionaries go even further. They form lasting emotional bonds. When people are emotionally bonded to you, they want to have contact with you. They want to be of service and share in your vision. To create such bonds, you must be willing to build real relationships and share yourself.

APJ: Acc to him, there should be a degree of mobility in management. This creates congenial work environment and generates employee loyalty, which in turns leads to higher efficiency & dedication. Emotional Bonding SG: To get job in Global Inc., you have to fill one form and then you will get one assignment and by completing this if they find it feasible then you will be the part of Global Inc. N.R NM: He believes in enhancing trust and confidence. He said” Trust & Confidence can only exist where there is a premium on transparency. The leaders has to create an environment where each person feels secure enough to be able to disclose his/her mistakes and resolve to improve. LNM: He always share his vision with his subordinate.
- 30. NM: When he was elected as the secretary to the youth leadership, he always aimed at the attainment of full citizenship, direct parliamentary representation for all South Africans. He had constantly advised his followers to avoid violence. AL: His assassination in 1865 was the first ever presidential assassination in the US history which made him a martyr in its history who would be remembered for his sacrifices for the unity of his nation. Emotional Bonding OR: His disciples purchased a large plot in Vasco country, and named it Rajneeshpuram. This was the example of emotional bonding he had with his followers. DL: According to the third commitment of Tibetan’s Philosophy, as a Tibetan, DL must act as the free spokesperson of the Tibetans in this struggle for justice, this way he followed and made the 5 Point Peace Plan RS: He started teaching vedic pundits, after that he discovered sudarshan kriya, a breathing technique, thus making his journey towards global acknowledgement and setting up AOLF
- 31. AWARENESS: It is the birthplace of possibility it tells leader which is the right one to take. As a leader, your own awareness affects, everyone around you.
- 32. KB: He tried out different things on his own, like readymade garments, textile production, creating brands before ventured in retail business. And finally he inspired from Chennai based “SARVANA Stores”, and he started BIG BAZAAR. N.R NM: According to him” this prepares you to anticipate change and be ready for it when it comes. He discovered PSPD model for the enhancement of Infosys. i.e Predictability – Sustainability – Profitability - Derisking APJ: Dr. Kalam has always emphasized on the importance of creativity ad innovation in anything we do. He says that India needs creative leaders rather than Managers or Commanders. Awareness SG: He started with web development, and time by time according to market requirement, he started other services along with web development. And this way Globals has drastically grown as a MNC IT Consulting Company focussed on Web, E-Comm, & Mobile Solutions LNM: By starting Merger & acquisitions trend of Arcelor Mittal, he shows the awareness trait.
- 33. NM: He was the most significant black leader who stood against racism and apartheid in SA, while many in the world were silent. His word, “Struggle is my life” AL: Lincoln had only 18 months of formal school, but he was self educated and an avid learner. He was not only a keen reader and excellent writer but also a local wrestler. DL: As a leader of Tibet, the DL always issued with guidelines for a future free Tibet and always worked on. Awareness OR: He travelled throughout India giving talks, challenging religious leaders in public debate and meeting people from all walks of life. He read extensively, everything he could find to broader his understanding of the belief systems and psychology of contemporary man, And after this, he began to develop his unique Dynamic Meditation Method” RS: He had a spiritual inclinations right from childhood and has worked since then to make the world a better place to live in.
- 34. DOING: A leader should be action-oriented, only through action can you bring a Vision to life. But Vision & Action must be compatible, to make them so requires Skill. That skill begins with walking the walk, energizing others, around you and recruiting them to your mission. As a leader, you must identify the role you are expected to play.

This isn’t ego empowerment, which is driven by the demands of “I, me, and mine”; you are empowering others at the same time as you empower yourself. It raises the states of leaders and team together.
