10-day Lean Learning Academy (LLA) is the platform toprovide aunique learning experience, challenging the waythat leaders think, behave,
andact, learning toshift their focus fromfixing problems tocoaching teams for continuous improvement andsustaining a LEAN environment.
The LLA is designed tobe a microcosm of aLEAN culture workplace where delegates learn as individuals, teams, and as a group.
The academy’s architecture is based upon afully immersive, live learning technique. The academy’s course content is centred on delivering the
fundamental lean tools, techniques, andleadership behaviours required when beginning / continuing the journey ofa LEAN Transformation.

Upon completion of the academy, each delegate is then issued with their business prioritywork-stream andassigned to a‘Sustainer’, (coach)
allowing the opportunity to deploy, perfect andembed their LEAN tools, techniques andlearning, whilst delivering tangible financial &business
benefits.
Duringthis period the Internal LEAN Capability acts as the delegate’s ‘Sustainer’. Their role will be tocoach each delegate using the TGROW
model through their project andhelp them toconsolidate their learning.
Each delegate’s progression through hisor her project is tracked andmeasured against a plan.

Delegates who have successfully completed Steps 1 to 3, and haveexceeded expectations are developed and supported with
the backing of the business to remove the dependency uponexternal support, andcreate internal capability Sustainers. The
internalSustainers are trained and coached to havefullycapability of facilitating and operating all four steps of the programme.
