clearly describe the ‘end state’. Each are aligned to Infrastructure or
Community with a sub theme and a Pillar(s) and an assessment
rating, timescale, evidence and suggested next steps.

• For reporting purposes the Checklist will be used by the Covid GLT
Group to drive business critical decision making
• Just the Objective, Criteria, timescale and RAG status will appear
•Second Wave Planning / processes
What are the next steps?
• Use the checklist to drive conversations in the appropriate forum
aligned to the framework
• Ensuring that there is the correct evidence base to sign off tasks
within the Organisational Framework to drive the development of a
clear plan which ensures that accountability sits with the Pillar leads
and is reportable through the Covid 19 Senior Leadership Team
meetings.
Next steps
• Develop further Lessons Learnt from the first lockdown to ensure we
are prepared for a second wave
• Ensure that there are shared processes and best practice aligned to
business-critical activities to ease the transition to a safe return to
campus
• Be prepared for a second lock down or changes in government
advice
