Streptolysin S – for hemolysis around colonies
Streptokinase – lysis of clots – given iv for treatment of MI
DNA ase – Anti DNAase is useful for diagnosis of S.
pyogenes skin infection
Hyaluronidase – breaks down tissues – helps in spread of
strep infection
