There are two main color models - additive and subtractive. The RGB color model is an additive model used for computer displays that uses combinations of red, green, and blue light. The CMYK color model is a subtractive model used for printed materials that uses cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks. RGB can produce more colors than CMYK due to differences in how they create colors and color gamuts.
