- 13. Faculty and student education are needed on intellectual property, copyright, fair use, and privacy policies. Teachers are role models and need to be reminded of this and rewarded for their conduct.

Enforcement: We need to create and distribute a written policy and have users sign off that they've received and read it. Content: AUP content must be clearly written & enforceable Updated as the institution grows/changes
