- 10. The project team utilized BIM in the virtual design process which enabled Coreslab to complete shop drawings & begin fabrication before the design was 50% complete.

- 13. Insulated wall panels 4" inside + 2" insulation + 3" exterior architectural concrete with light sandblast finish.
- 14. Roof structure consists of long span 28" deep double tees to support the heavy piping and mechanical loads required.
