A DNV certified ISO 9000-2000 QMS Lead Auditor. Experienced in implementation of ISO 9000-2000 QMS Systems, Process Improvement and Lean Management Solutions in a wide range of Hospitals, Pharmaceutical companies and other Production and Process Industries. Resource person on behalf of APO, Tokyo, Japan for development of methodology for ‘Productivity Certification’ at Malaysia and Magnolia Visited US, Japan, Hongkong, Singapore, Bangkok, Malaysia and Magnolia in connection with International conferences, workshops training Programs and presented papers in the areas of Process Improvement, Lean Management, Productivity Improvement and Advanced Production Systems. Led a number of Lean Management, Process and Quality Improvement Teams and trained a vast number of national and international participants in Lean Management, Lean Tools and Methodologies, Process and Productivity Improvement.
