Location Release Forms
- 1. Units 2, 3 , 22 - Lauren Rosenfeld, Millie West,Ben Karrass,Alex Pereira Location Release Form Permission is hereby granted to Lauren Rosenfeld, Millie West, Alex Pereira & Ben Karrass and its employees, agents, independent contractors and suppliers to enter in the property located at 118 Clayhall Avenue, Ilford Essex, IG5 0LF for the purpose of photographing and recording certain scenes for educational purposes. For the amount of £0 GBP, the sufficiency of which you acknowledge, you agree to the statements and conditions stated in this contract concerning your Property. Use of Property The Producer may use the inside and outside of the Property located at: 118 Clayhall Avenue, Ilford Essex, IG5 0LF from the day of 18th May 2017 to the day of 18th May 2017 during the hours of 4:00 PM to 5:00PM. The Producer will use the Property as a location for photographing, videotaping and/or making sound recordings. In the event of a delay in schedule due to photographically unfavourable conditions, or reasons beyond our control, the Producer holds the right to reschedule at the agreed fees and terms provided in this agreement. Recording of Footage The Producer may photograph, film, videotape and record sound on the Property and use the resulting materials in any way the Producer chooses. Rights to Footage You give us permanent, worldwide, exclusive right to own all rights to all Producer records and photographs. You agree to have no right to inspect or approve recordings. Crew and Equipment The Producer may bring into the Property our crews, actors and equipment. The Producer may construct temporary sets and, after completing photography and recording, will restore the Property to its original condition as of the initial date of occupancy by 18th May 2017 unless otherwise agreed to by both parties in writing, with reasonable wear and tear excepted. Assignments You give us the right to assign all terms stated in this contract. You agree to waive any further compensation or demand of any kind forever. Hold Harmless The Producer agrees to hold you harmless from any liability and loss that may be caused by our employees or equipment.

You have the authority to sign this contract and grant us the rights given under this contract. Use of Property The Producer may use the inside and outside of the Property located at: 54 Oak Lodge avenue, IG7 5HZ from the day of 13th May 2017 to the day of 13th May 2017 during the hours of 8:00 to 9:00 The Producer will use the Property as a location for photographing, videotaping and/or making sound recordings. In the event of a delay in schedule due to photographically unfavourable conditions, or reasons beyond our control, the Producer holds the right to reschedule at the agreed fees and terms provided in this agreement. Use of Property The Producer may use the inside and outside of the Property located at: 4 Forest Side, Buckhurst Hill, IG9 5SL from the day 10th May 2017 to the day of 10th May 2017 during the hours of 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Producer will use the Property as a location for photographing, videotaping and/or making sound recordings. In the event of a delay in schedule due to photographically unfavourable conditions, or reasons beyond our control, the Producer holds the right to reschedule at the agreed fees and terms provided in this agreement. Use of Property The Producer may use the inside and outside of the Property located at: Romford Rd, Chigwell IG7 4QN from the day of 18th May 2017 to the day of 18th May 2017 during the hours of 6:00PM to 8:00PM. The Producer will use the Property as a location for photographing, videotaping and/or making sound recordings. In the event of a delay in schedule due to photographically unfavourable conditions, or reasons beyond our control, the Producer holds the right to reschedule at the agreed fees and terms provided in this agreement. Recording of Footage The Producer may photograph, film, videotape and record sound on the Property and use the resulting materials in any way the Producer chooses.
