Lookin' Out is a program created by teens for teens to promote traffic safety. It focuses on issues like seatbelt use, speeding, drinking and driving, distracted driving, and more. Schools can form Lookin' Out committees made up of students and overseen by faculty advisors to plan and run safety campaigns and events. The program provides materials, promotional items, media support, and grants up to $2,000 to help committees educate peers and encourage safe driving habits.
