Problem • Everything is a process; Most of them require personal intervention. • Too many apps for your team to manage and update. • Human errors cause a lot of havoc, especially with outbound communications. • Processes can be standardised. But enforcing them is hard, especially in small and friendly teams.

This makes it managing your integrations extremely simple. • The workflows are sequences built from unit actions you can perform on the apps you’ve integrated. • We continuously monitor for changes in any of the apps you’ve integrated and keep track of the progress of your workflows. Marketing • How big is the market : Any team with a size of upto 200 users can immensely benefit from Mailage. • Who are these teams : Predominantly tech and process oriented startups. • We have about 6000 signups for the beta. • Acquiring more users - through a referral program, as an offer on F6S, go.co and other sites.
- 8. Business Model • We have a straightforward Subscription model. • Each user requires an account and has a monthly subscription. • Teams can refer other teams and earn ‘user months’ as credits.

Competition • The only direct competitor we have is FlowXO. • There are other workflow automation platforms, but almost all of them address one specific issue - Forms, and forwarding them to various people in a team. • No product so far provides a service with a wide range of integrations, for the entire team. • Also, most require using a separate app. Mailage works from right inside the apps you already use.

The way forward.. • Self evolving workflows based on behaviour patterns is not very far. • Workflow automation isn’t limited to workplace productivity. • We’ve explored and discussed the possibility of using a custom Mailage implementation for a Drone Fleet Management System. • We’re exploring the possibility of a personal assistant based off Mailage.
- 12. Financing • Ask : $50,000-$70,000 in exchange for upto 15% equity. • Usage : This round of financing will be spent predominantly on hiring 1 more backend developers and a Frontend engineer. Some of it will go towards spreading the word and getting to the 500 customers planned for the first 3 months.
