This tutorial teaches how to create a comic using the MakeBeliefsComix website. It instructs users to select the number of panels, choose a character, set the character's mood, and drag the character into a panel. Users can then add dialogue balloons, backgrounds, resize or move images, and delete elements. When finished, the comic can be shared by email.
