Diversity - IT means a wide variety of different things and in the workplace diversity means
inclusion and acceptance of employees of all different backgrounds.
Strategies to promote and encourage

 4) Offer them implicit bias training
 5) Let the employee learn by doing
 6) Conduct meeting
