and ethnic backgrounds are found in one place and also different gender and
sexual orientation.

1. Independent work structures
2. Using interpretation and translation services
• Techniques
1. Providing the option to work from home
2. Conducting meetings in a round robin manner
Communication Process for Implementation
• Meeting with the needs of the organisation
• Framing the Laws and Policies for anti-discrimination
• Review of the policy the Stakeholder
• Discussion of the policy
• Meeting with stakeholder
Communication Behaviour
• Use of inclusive leadership
• Two sided communication
• Clear language
• Commitment for the diversity
• Democratic leadership
Strength of Communication
• Active listening of the Laws and policy
• Awareness about the laws
• Persuasion of the communication
• Pre-knowledge of the diversified workplace
Bias in communication and behaviour
• Information about the meeting bias
• Selection bias
• Confounding bias
• Lack of transparency with the information
Assumption in communication and behaviour
• There will be proper understanding of policies of the organisation
• Training will be according to expected goal of organisation
• The policies will be rectified properly with WHS considering.
