- 3. The benefits of manage users feature When running your business on Flipkart you may delegate certain tasks to your employees. With this feature you can: Invite employees to access your seller account Restrict user’s access on Flipkart seller hub based on roles Choose what your users can see and work on Enable users to login to your account using their own credentials No need to share seller account credentials with your employees Get better security and data privacy on your account

User Restrictions Roles offered to users Admin • Users have full access to entire seller dashboard Operations Manager • Users have partial access only to listings, orders and returns • User can only add listings, but not update listing price and stock count Note: Users should have registered with Flipkart using their email ID Currently you can add 5 users to your account Any of the offered roles can be assigned to the users
- 5. How to Add New Users
- 6. Step 1: Login to your seller account and click on Manage Profile Click on Manage Profile Log into your Flipkart Seller Account
- 7. Step 2: Click on View under Manage Users Click on View under Manage Users
- 8. Step 3: Click on Add a New User Click on Add a new user
- 9. Step 4: Select the Role Select a Role from the drop down menu. Choose between Admin and Operations Manager. Admin accounts will have full access to the Seller Hub. Operations Managers will be able to: Add new listings Edit listings, except selling price and stock count Process orders and returns
- 10. Step 5: Add an email ID Click on Save Add an email ID that is registered with the Flipkart buyer or seller portal In case the email Id is not associated with a Flipkart account, you will receive this error message and will need to create an account on www.flipkart.com
- 11. How to Delete a User The New User will be added. The new user can access their account by entering their Flipkart username and password In case you want to delete the user at any point, click on delete Note: In case you want to change the role of the user, you will have to delete their account and add them again with the changed role

- 13. How Users can Login- Users should login with their own credentials Login with your Flipkart buyer or seller account Select the account you would like to access and click on Access
- 14. How Users can Switch Between Multiple Seller Accounts If the user manages tasks for multiple sellers, the user can also switch accounts by clicking on the Switch Access tab under Manage Profile Select the account you would like to switch to
