Significant Highlights
 The park: Worli Tower Gamma (Lodha Mumbai)
This 23 acres landmark development consists of Six high end residential towers, All being
Avg. 80 storey tall. The project is having 04 basement car parks, ground and 06 levels of
podiums housing amenities along with MCGM parking facility.
As a Design Engineer for this project for Building Services-MEP Engineering, Site Civil, IT
and Security design for Schematic Design, DetailedDesign, Tender Design and
Construction Phase Assistance. These super tall buildings MEP distribution required
careful considerations for HT power supply to midlevel plant floors, supporting
arrangements to accommodate Lightning Protection etc.
 The world one (Lodha, Mumbai)
This is the tallest residential building in the world and consists of Govt. car parks.
 Lodha Place (Worli, Mumbai)
This project consist of 3 high-rise buildings World one, World Crest(63 floors) and Queen
Tower (90 Floors) and consist of 15 million square ft GCP area.
 22nd Avenue- 1-west square (New York).
 WO-77 West Apartment (Divyasree, Bangalore)
The project consists of five no’s, 14 stories residential buildings with club house and 2
basements. Total development area is 895,000 sq. feet.

As a Lead Design Engineer for this project for Building Services-MEP Engineering, IT and
Security design for Schematic Design, Concept, DetailedDesign, and Tender Design.
These buildings MEP distribution requiredcareful considerations for HT power supply
from the local supply authority and careful study on the BESCOM rules and regulations
in order to set the building to operate in an efficient way.
