This document discusses two customer case studies of integrating Salesforce with other systems. The first case discusses integrating Salesforce with MS Dynamics NAV to enable automatic syncing of opportunity and order data between the systems. This removed manual data entry and errors. The second case discusses integrating Salesforce with Advent APX to give a customer management firm improved CRM functionality, mobile access, and a complete view of customers and pipelines. Both customers achieved benefits like time savings, improved data accuracy, and improved sales team efficiency.
