This document discusses personality types and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment. The MBTI is based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types and assesses preferences on four dichotomous scales: Extraversion (E) vs Introversion (I), Sensing (S) vs Intuition (N), Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F), and Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P). Together these result in 16 personality types that each have their own strengths. Understanding one's own type and others' types can help improve communication, teamwork, leadership, and self-development.
