Study & ensure Machinery parts are complying with approved instruction drawings. Responsible for inspection and received all types of oil rig equipment Installation all types of mechanical equipment (As for example- Main engine, Auxiliary engine, mud pump, centrifugal pump, Rotary table, draw works, Subsea equipment, Catwalk, all types of hydraulic equipment, thrusters, gantry crane, etc., Responsible for installation of new machines alignment and tie-down. Modification of already installed equipment’s and facilities. Follow–up owner and surveyor pinch list. Carry out visual inspection, fault finding, repairing, overhauling and servicing all the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment’s (like Marine diesel engine, generator, compressor, pump, gear box, drilling equipment, riser handling equipment, bop equipment, All types of HPU, heat exchanger, anchor Winch, propeller etc.) Witness & monitor pre-commissioning, commissioning, running test in all equipment’s, All marine items, drilling operation, rig elevating units ( in accordance classifications rules and regulations) in new shipbuilding projects, Oil Rig projects and repair vessels. Inspection of spare received from supplier for consumable. Supervision of manpower. Maintain equipment commissioning record as per test memo. Update equipment data sheet. Maintain good client relationships at all times. Good leader ship qualities. Attend break down and schedule maintenance.
