 Repairing of all types of rotary equipments (Compressors, turbines, gear boxes, blowers
And cranes etc.,) condensers, boilers, hydraulic and Pneumatic equipments, conveyers,
Elevators, agitators and all kinds of valves
 Preparation of Third Party Walk.
 Performed calibration using precision measuring instruments such as Micro meters, bore
Gauges, dial gauges, Familiar of Temperature Gun, Vibration Meter, Noise Meter and
Speed meter (RPM) handling for Rotating Equipments etc.,
 Preparing calibration charts, job condition and completion reports like a Inspection Test
Report (ITR), Permit Systems (Isolation, De-Isolation & Lockout Takeout (LOTO), procedure
Of the Main System and involving Sub System, Sanction to Test (STT), Performance

 Incoming raw material inspection of Piping, Pressure vessels and weld head equipment’s
 Experienced in inspection and supervision of shop fabrication and field erection of Piping
and structures such as Fit-up, Dimensional check, Visual, NDT witness, PWHT, Leak

 Installation & Alignments on field joints or equipment joints as per P&ID and ISO
drawings, Piping Insulation
 Familiar with monitoring update and reporting shop fabrication, NDT, Field erection,
Hydro Test and Mechanical completion status etc.,
 Familiar with Piping pre-test line walk, create & review punch list, Witnessing of hydro &
pneumatic testing’s as per project specifications and line list
 Familiar with Piping/Pipeline Final walk (Reinstatement) to witness mechanical
completion, Flange Management, valve and equipment’s installations and final
alignments, reviewing and closing of punch items captured during pre-test line walk
 Reviewing and approval of test package with checklist, P&ID, ISO drawings, weld &
material traceability, punch list, hydro test charts etc., for hydro tests.

Welding sequences
 Initiating and closing NCR’s at various stages of fabrication, Material handling and
erection of Piping and Structure, when working procedures, project specification and
applicable standard’s requirements are not met
 Initiating of Method of statements for Material handling and storage, welding consumable
handling, storage and issuance to welders
 Prepare Welding procedures by choosing welding consumables, welding parameters.
Conducting and recording welding procedure/welder performance qualifications. Approval
of supplier welding related documents, Analyze welding techniques to overcome failure
with improved techniques
 Reviewing supplier documents such as method of statement for shop and field fabrication
of Piping/Pipelines
 Reviewing and approval of supplier documents for storage and preservation of stainless
steel, duplex, super duplex and other alloy materials
 Review hydro test chats, compiling of final documentation for master document register
(MDR)
 Witnessing destructive testing (mechanical tests such as tensile, charpy V notch, bend
test, hardness) and Non destructive testing (PMI, ferrite tests)
 Heat treatment methods and application used for enhancing ferrite material properties.
Familiar with Post weld heat treatment (local and furnace)
 Inspection of upstream and downstream process lines for FPSO topside, FPSO Turret,
fully automated piping fabrication facility, Piping integration on Onboard FPSO ships
 Inspection and monitoring of fabrication and welding of Cu-Ni, Duplex and Super Duplex
materials
 Continuous monitoring of production welds (shop and field) for repair rates
 Carried out pre commissioning activities, Valve Test, inspect & Verify of Overboard valves
& Certificates and Carried out Air Test & Vacuum Test Inspections
 Reviewing piping weld maps comparing with the general arrangement, P&ID, project line
list and isometric for discrepancies such a weld proximities, update of revision changes
and site modification etc.,
 Review & witness of test procedures, WPS, WPQR, WQT (AWS D1.1, ASMI IX) welder
qualification tests, issue respective welder approval cards and maintain qualification
records Checking the received incoming material against the requirements of applicable
purchase order and the project material specifications Review of Material Test Certificates
and confirm material size, specification and condition prior to fit/up
 Verify the calibration validity of equipment’s and gauges Witness the execution and review
test reports (NDE, PMI, PWHT, HT) Control / Rectification of Welding Imperfections
(Repairs)
 Make as built drawings as per site modifications Carried out Inspection of the pre
Heating, Interpass Temperature and PWHT Carried out pre commissioning activities,

control to comply with the specification approved by the Consultant
 Check lay-out and installation of all HVAC equipment including piping and duct works,
hangers and supports to comply and control as per approved drawing and specification
 Perform inspection of approved HVAC materials and equipment and work done to be
inspected and necessary attachments
 Prepare field clarification report and rectification of all HVAC job related activities done
and to be done on site.
 Prepare and issue internal non-conformance reports
 Conduct actual inspection, check and monitor any ongoing pre-commissioning and
testing of any equipment, piping including all duct works and any activities with regards
to HVAC
 Check, monitor and control proper handling and storage of materials and equipment at
site with regards to HVAC
 Prepare and issue internal summary list to modify, minimize and control discrepancies
with regards to HVAC activities
