People who want to make clothing are currently trying to
use their parents advice, but this does not work because
parents do not know how to use the modern day
equipment for textiles.
Our key insight is that people need Dress Mess to help
them overcome their problem.
My team, M.E_SMART, is developing an app
to help textile enthusiasts to solve the problem
of needing inspiration, by providing different
patterns and designs, plus a worldwide chat for
ideas.

Information
Meet Toby Walker, he’s 9 years old and loves making clothes.
He enjoys making shorts and funky t-shirts.
He likes using a sewing machine. Toby uses a Huddle Tablet.
He gets upset and frustrated when he can’t get a pattern right.
There are other textiles apps, but ours is
unique, because we give you a worldwide chat and
lots of different patterns and designs to print out.

Sewing Machines, inspiration, making animal clothes or just a hobby in general etc.
Others who benefit People that are too poor to buy their own clothes and need help on doing so.
People who work in jobs that include Textiles such as:
Next, Primark, T.K Max and M&S.
Our business model All users pay Some users pay

My team’s app Dress Mess will operate a business model in which some users pay.
My team has identified that some people are willing to pay towards the app, because they would like to get more patterns
and designs, to inspire them, by creating their own or printing ready-made designs and patterns off our app.
