The program aims to generate leadership positions for EPs, increase reintegration rates, and produce reliable information resources. It involves EPs taking on roles like Hosts, Buddies, and organizing committee members during their exchange. EPs may also take on a leadership position as an EP Manager to help other EPs through the matching and pre-departure process. The duration of involvement in the program depends on the specific roles but typically lasts 6-12 weeks or until the end of an EP's exchange.
