- 2. Incremental data Entry-There will be incremental data entry in AX as per role, tally its not possible. Integration- AX has native framework to integrate with other product- HR, Payroll, Inventory etc. through web services –. Tally its very difficult. Reversal of Entry- In AX you can not delete record, it can be only go through reversal process wherein Tally deletion is possible. Scalability- Dynamics AX has scalability Organisations can use it for all the departments- Sales, HR, Finance, Project etc. Wherein Tally has limitation . Reports & BI – Dynamics AX comes with inbuilt BI and multiple standard reports. Tally its not there Microsoft Office integration- Microsoft Dynamics AX has great compatibility with all the other Microsoft product. Tally has limitations. Audit trails- Dynamics AX has audit trails for each activity.

Software is not good in handling huge data, system stop responding in case of processing large database. Data can also be processed in background Data can not be processed in background. Suitable for Good and advisable only for large scale business heaving multinational, cross border, multi location operation with multi point control. Good and advisable only for small and medium scale business where data volume is not very high and entire operation and management is very closely controlled.
