It is sad that there are participants who opt to do other things beside follow the given instruction, such as you tubing or exploring the messenger. - 9. What changes would you suggest to improve similar activities in the future? Attitude of being indifferent is a difficult task, it should come from within, the change The ICT will be more of grades' computation formula. Disseminate the training matrix 1 week before the INSET and layout the mandates to remind the teachers the importance of INSET. None Consider teachers needs in teaching
- 10. Briefly describe what you learned and how it will help you with your work. Work and focus no matter what the circumstances are. The use of ICT helped me use the commands in the laptop that I don't know to use especially in the PowerPoint presentation used in teaching. The excel apps I learned will make the counting of performance indicators easier and concise. school documentations and computations on learners’ class standing I can directly make use of the ppt and excel applications in the teaching learning and the accomplishment of school reports. There were parts in the training which were of great help to ease the work in the preparation of instructional materials with the use of ICT as well as in the utilization of puppetry. it widens my knowledge about research which I can apply it ..Also maximizing ppt and excel Shortcut keys and functions of ppr and excel.
