   Assess organizational development, strategic planning, and communication
     needs to support profitability and growth for both non-profit and business sector.

   Develop and communicate the organization's mission, strategic initiatives, key
     business information, and customer focus throughout the work force.

   Evaluate organizational needs to achieve a customer focused and entrepreneurial
     work force that is committed to organization and business objectives.

   Design a plan to implement strategic initiatives in partnership with the work
     force.

Our Founder and Managing Partner, Wilma Colon Ariza has been involved in nonprofit
and business development endeavors since 1998 and leads Millenium Consulting
Services of America as an organizational development and business advisory
practice guiding corporate and non-profit clients. She works with organizational leaders
to create optimum performance goals and facilitates positive organizational change and
improvement. She provides a wide range of programs, services and expertise.

She is an Internet Marketing strategist harnessing social media and the digital space to
bring brand awareness directly to consumers, businesses and the general public with a
proven track record of producing results for B2C and B2B clients as well as nonprofits
and other organizations.

As Founder and Executive Director of Stevie JoEllie’s Cancer Care Fund she manages
the daily operations and program services that promote thyroid cancer awareness,
access to care and free supportive services for thyroid cancer patient and survivors
nationwide.

As a business consultant her areas of internet marketing optimization and management
services focuses on social media networks development and synchronization: Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, Blogger, WordPress and more.

Ms. Ariza meets individually with clients to evaluate their specific organizational and
training/development needs. She follows through with the design, customization and
delivery of a complete program of organizational support and development with
emphasis on effective culture change and human resource utilization. She guides
