This paper presents a novel orthogonal discrete frequency coding space time waveform (dfcstw) designed to enhance MIMO radar detection in compound Gaussian clutter. Utilizing Generalized Likelihood Ratio Test (GLRT) detection methods, the proposed waveforms demonstrate superior detection capabilities in spikier clutter compared to existing techniques. Simulation results indicate that the dfcstw outperforms traditional space-time code (stc) waveforms in various clutter conditions.
