generate as many ideas as possible for the problem statement
By Silvia Barroso
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The responsible, creative, hard-working and honest interns needs a way to show
all their creativity and knowledge because they want to be so creative at work as in
school.
I have reframed my problem statement, this is the new one:
How might the interns be so
creative at work like in school?
- If we control the time with a machine, we could spend
all the time you would like thinking about a problem and then turn back.
- If trainees shine like angels their colleagues would leave them
be more creative.
-Create spaces outside of time and space to imagine.
- Create new worlds of creativity minds.
- The old peers become trainees and vice versa.
- Meet new peers in virtual rooms before than in person
to avoid stereotyping
-Work at their dreamed company with their best friends.
- Learn so fast like a computer to be more creative and powerful.
IDEAS
- Work all together at the park
- Always talk and play
-Always together and laughing
- Having icecreams and candys as talk about solutions
- To race
- All searching the most fun game.
-Search new ways to work
- Work in different spaces.
-Always participate
- Always imagine
- Always create new worlds with new friends.
- New friends always good.
- New and different ideas always good.
-Always forgive.
- Never judge.
- Share without rivalries.
- Share
- Love
- Educate peers about the need of new and creative persons and ideas.
- Creating fictitious companies to practice
- Create high performance innovation teams, give them the relevance
that they must have, so the creativity it would be
the most important department at the companies.
- Traveling into space to see things differently
-Enhance their full capacities
- Letting them do free projects
- No time conditioning their work
- Propose tasks such as: How do you improve the company?
How wold you manage the company?
- Personal mentors during the studies and in the office
- Removing old work procedures
- Encourage passion for the projects and the company
- Make teams
- New people are as important as the old
- Not differentiate persons
- Less hierarchies
- Similar structures to school
- Create creative and innovation teams
- Creating innovative spaces in the company.
- Special Spaces to create.
- Practice since the early studies.
- Create an environment of trust.
-Creativity Awards.
- The new and good ideas always count.
-Think their own tasks.
- Choose their boss.
- Work without computers to solve problems.
- Be good persons and mates
-Think about what is best
for the
company and for us without envy.
- Humility and effort.
- Respect others
- Appreciate individuality
and differences.
- Help and support others
IDEA SELECTION
Create high performance innovation teams in all companies, give them the relevance that they must have, so the creativity it would be
the most important department and the persons in them too.
Practical idea
If all peers in a team could learn so fast like a computer to be more creative and powerful. Each one had a power and knowledge area
All of them would be equally valuable and creativity could grow everywhere, always.
The most disruptive idea
The old peers become trainees and vice versa... “Walk in another shoes...”
