This document outlines a project to simulate a centralized data center architecture by configuring operating system components like DNS, DHCP, and LDAP on Linux servers. The objectives are to set up DNS and DHCP servers, an LDAP server, and an Oracle database on three Linux servers connected by a switch. The current status shows the Linux clients connected to one Linux server running LDAP, DHCP and DNS. The document describes configuring each component and the significance of learning about technology infrastructure and tasks in a corporate environment.
