In 2006, the company allocated 10 seats covering two routes and conducted operations via phone calls. By 2010, the company improved to offering 500,000 seats covering over 700 operators across 15 Indian states and 2500 cities. To support this growth, the company integrated business software, used SQL and Hadoop technologies, and expanded its point-of-sale outlets to 75,000 covering 10,000 routes by 2012.
