- 3. Concept of Organization Organization implies structuring and integrating activities, that is people working or cooperating together in interdependent relationship

One of the major role is to minimize cost to operate the department and maximize the utilization of resources. The cost of operating the department is allocated to user department for their cost of using IT. All funds are allocated by the company

Role and function cont… Profit Centre The department is operated similar to the cost centre except the charge back is based on markup price and it will carry some percentage of profit on services rendered to the end user department. The control and approval is still centrally handled by the company management.
